Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Data Foundations for AI (DF4AI) platform operated by Data Literacy LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

DF4AI is a self-assessment platform that helps organizations evaluate their data readiness for AI and AI agents. The service provides:

  • A structured assessment across five data foundation dimensions
  • Readiness scores and insights based on your responses
  • The ability to save, resume, and export your assessments
  • Optional upgraded services for deeper analysis

Account Registration

To use certain features of DF4AI, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

Intellectual Property

The DF4AI platform, including its design, methodology, questions, and scoring algorithms, is the intellectual property of Data Literacy LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your assessment responses and generated reports remain your property. We grant you a license to use and export your results for your internal business purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DF4AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results will be accurate or complete
  • The assessment will meet your specific requirements

The assessment results are intended as a general guide and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals for specific advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Literacy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
